Principal and Associate Dean, MIT Pune
Dr. Madhuri S. Kulkarni is a distinguished academician with over 30 years of experience. She has served in key academic roles, including Associate Professor, Principal, Associate Dean, and Head of Departments, while also contributing as a visiting faculty and subject expert at leading institutions. Her extensive experience in curriculum development, mentoring, and academic leadership equips her with invaluable insights to guide students in their career paths. Dr. Kulkarni’s extensive research and publications, and presentations at national and international conferences reflect her expertise and commitment to education. She has delivered several keynote speeches and invited talks at National and International conferences. She has also conducted sessions as a resource person for faculty training programs and workshops. Dr. Madhuri Kulkarni’s deep understanding of educational systems combined with her expertise in skill development makes her uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive career guidance, helping students make informed decisions and excel in their life.
Prof. Poonam Tare
Professor, Physics

With over two decades of experience in education and academic mentorship, Prof. Poonam Tare has deep understanding of career pathways and student psychology. Prof. Poonam Tare, being former Professor of Physics at the university level, and having worked as the Academic Co-Ordinator has a proven track record of mentoring students through critical career transitions.
Since Prof. Poonam Tare is pursuing a Doctorate in Education has innovative approach to counselling frameworks, ensuring students receive future-ready advice.
Mr. Pravin Paritkar
A seasoned Human Resource leader with 39 years of rich and diverse experience across reputed academic institutions, multinational organizations, and the skill development sector. He has demonstrated expertise in evolving HR strategy, HR governance, organizational transformation, leadership development, CSR, and administrative governance. He has held key HR leadership positions at Adani University, MIT World Peace University, Finishing School, Cummins Generator Technologies, and Cadbury India Ltd.
He has developed deep expertise in building employability skills, instilling motivation, and providing counseling, grooming, and mentoring to youth. He has delivered lectures and conducted training sessions at reputed institutions such as Symbiosis SCMHRD, Pune, and has trained employees in the corporate world as well. He has also been honored with Excellence Awards at both national and international levels.
Ms. Swarali Kulkarni
Psychologist
Ms. Swarali Kulkarni is a psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and has conducted over 600 counseling sessions. She works extensively with adolescents, young adults and families, addressing psychological, behavioral, social and academic concerns. Her areas of expertise include psychotherapy, neuropsychological testing, family therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Swarali practices from a queer-affirmative, feminist, and somatic lens, integrating creativity and empathy into her work. She is committed to providing personalized, culturally sensitive support that promotes healing, emotional well-being, and healthier relationships.
